Walgreens Pharmacy

Bich was our pharmacist for many years when we lived in Texas. We have used Walgreens a number of years in different cities and in different states. She is absolutely the most outstanding Pharmacist Walgreens has due to the manner in which she takes care of a person's needs not only as a pharmacist but as a friend. Her caring way and professional manner sets a standard for all to measure up to.

Today I had very nice experience with the staff here, especially with Miss Bich. She is so beautiful, professional, and very patient to me and all other customers during my waiting. Definitely I will come back even though it is not the closest pharmacy to me. Thank you, Bich!

I went to refill a regular prescription and though I had the prescription vial in my hand that read 4 refills remaining, he would not refill it. A pharmacist at this Walgreens cancelled a prescription from my doctor without the doctor's or my knowledge or approval. Then he gave me advice to overmedicate with over the counter medication. This pharmacy is very unprofessional.

Can't believe the lack of professionalism! I sent refill request 4 days ago for my blood pressure medicine. I received a status - awaiting for doctor's response, I was out of pill I got emergency refill. I ran out of the emergency refill and went back to the pharmacy last night again - this time they tell me the refill was rejected, the status never changed when I checked online. Nobody called me from the pharmacy or from the doctor's office (horrible front office people but that is another story). So I asked the lady to give me another emergency refill - she was completely dismissive and did not want to take any responsibility for the fact that they never told me the refill was rejected, and I don't believe that was the case, it if it was - it was a mistake - I saw my doctor for my blood work 4 months ago, I go there every 6 months. They have no reason to reject the refill so it was obvious mistake if that happened in the first place. The lady was extremely dismissive and arrogant and told me to go to the emergency room if my blood pressure pills are so urgent. I lost it, I yelled at her and I left. I can't believe what is happening with this country - nobody takes any responsibility for their mistakes anymore. BTW, the same thing happened to my wife - 3 times they had to give her thyroid pills (they didn't want to give me a second one so sexual discrimination?) emergency refills because they couldn't communicate with her doctor's office properly. There is one lady - looks to me like eastern asian and she is extremely nice and quick and I really hate it that she wasn't there, at least she would've talked to me like human to human. The lady that was there instead didn't even move away from the computer the entire time she tried to ignore me, she didn't give a damn that it is a blood pressure medicine, I ask her if I can use anything over the counter - she said no... I managed to google bunch of over the counter medicines but she wouldn't bother... she needs to have her license revoked, she will kill someone, it is a matter of time.
