Allen Family Dental

We were new to the Allen area and looking for a new family dentist. Allen Family Dental was able to set us up and see me within 24 hours due to a same day cancellation. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The check-in and billing process was smooth and the office was very clean. The whole staff was superb! Would recommend and the rest of my family will be setting up there appointments now that I've been the guinea pig.

EVERYONE at Allen Family Dental is SO very nice. Going to the dentist is a pleasant experience. The quality of dentistry is top shelf and whenever I've had a major problem they have been so very accommodating to work me into their schedule ASAP. Once they even called me back on the weekend to schedule an appointment. I could not be more pleased with the quality and service.

My wife and I just moved to Allen and hoped to find a new dentist at the same time. We were both very pleased with Allen Family Dental! My teeth actually looked noticeably better just from the initial cleaning. The staff was very professional and presented a warm welcome at the same time. I highly recommend Allen Family Dental if your looking for a quality, 5 Star, family dentist in Allen TX.

Felt very safe with their protocols during this times. Everything was very clean and inviting. Amazing job !! My teeth are now super clean!!! Geraldine is an excellent dentist. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

WORST dentist office I’ve ever been to. They found non-existent teeth conditions asking an exorbitant amount of money to fix it. As a person who never had any dental problems, I decided to make an appointment in two different Allen clinics to double check the authenticity of their claims. Turns out my teeth are in great condition with no underlying disease. ALLEN FAMILY DENTAL would have RUINED my teeth if I went with what they’ve diagnosed me. Please, explore other options for a better dental treatment. The 5 star reviews for this business are as bogus as it can get. Additionally, they charged me extra $18 for the fact that they are wearing masks inside the office saying that it is “CDC guidelines”. Other two Allen dentist wore masks without charging anything extra for it. I really hope you improve your business practice as I would hate for other people to get into your trap as teeth cannot grow back after you make a mistake on it.nnUpdated to the reply below:nnApparently Dr. Parker or whoever replied to my review thinks she is smarter than the rest of Allen dentists. I assure you other dental clinics are as safe as yours without charging extra for it providing same measures of safety. Oh, and have I mentioned the gossip behind the desk service? The workers judging patient who called to cancel an appointment. Ah, I understand now, you’re probably charging $18 for drama entertainment in your office? Either way, I do not wish to continue my business with your doubtful practices. I value and savor my teeth and my health. It’s already hard enough time. I thought, at least, doctors would be better than implying extra charges and ripping off people. Not all apparently.nGood Luck!
