Excellent Service!!!! Love this place. They're always ready to help and kind. Never happened to me that I was walking in to get a pants or sweater and couldn't find what i was looking for. Absolutely recommend!! My favorite dress shop!
Customer service store (Allen, Tx)nIt is unfortunate I have to give one star because they make excellent men's polos (100% soft cotton). Due to Covid restriction, store mandates maximum of 8 customers inside (perfectly understandable). Being first person in the queue outside the store, I suggested to the clerk that she can quickly return the item, I don't have to step inside and I can be on my way. The clerk denied any service citing covid restictions, I mentioned again that I understood the policy and I don't have to come inside the store. Then I agreed to wait 10-15 minutes until 8th person left. After I entered the store, the store manager immeditely started giving me hard time and accused me of trying to bypass Covid restriction, following which I left. Covid or no Covid, they have one less customer.

Not really clear about product availability at this location. Sometimes I seem to get better bargains at the departmental stores for inventory clearance reasons.
