I love calvin klein, it is my favorite store. I love the store location and the deals but i really hate the customer service in this store. The general manager is very incompetent, he has no idea about customer service and he makes the experience horrible. Since it’s my favorite store i come here every other month and always buy a lot every time. 5 out 6 the customer service experience is awful. I couldn’t take it the last time and I decided to write a review. My husband and I approached the cashier i say good afternoon didn’t get a reply, then i asked if they have those pants in a different color, she totally ignored me and finally I asked if i have any reward on my account again she totally ignore me. I wasn’t mean to her, i guess she was not in the mood. The general manager was there but he is worse so not worth to say or do something. I really hope the owner gets to read this reviews and actually do something about it. The clothes is amazing, the store is great but the staff needs to be change. I never take the time to read or write reviews but reading at all the reviews from this store I cannot believe the store continue having the same problems

I just went into the store to exchange a few items that I have purchased when I was in Galveston when I couldn't find the same items I asked the counter Associates if there was another Calvin Klein store close ...they said no the nearest one was in San Marcos. I was more than shocked. After looking it up i of course i found the store in grand prairie tx , and fort worth TX ...i think they just wanted me gone...terrible experience i will not do my shopping there.

Its weird that this is supposed to be a Calvin Klein outlet store but when you browse the inventory... most of the stuff in the store is full retail price... lol what was the point of wasting peoples time with false hope? I highly recommend that they reevaluate what this store is supposed to be and possibly remove it from the outlet mall or actually discount the items in the store.

Purchased a sweater from the CK store. I had the opportunity to wear it once and it looks like it should be donated to the good will. For what you’ll charge for sweaters/hoodies the quality should be much better.nNothing but beads of fabric rolled on the sleeve and sides of sweater.nExtremely cheaply made...

Horrible customer service. The general manager refuses parents the right to breastfeed in a changing room. She gave me an excuse, saying that she couldn’t allow our family in the changing room because people have been having sex in their changing rooms. We were customers, shopping in the store, ready to try on clothing and breastfeed at the same time, but I wasn’t given the right to breastfeed and see the clothing my husband was trying on.
