This was my first time visiting this store. We weren't greeted by the staff. At one point, we walked by a staff member folding items on a table and not a word. This is supposed to be an outlet mall and the prices were ridiculous. I've found much better deals online.

Staff was super helpful and attentive. She was the only worker and tended to all customers nicely. Clothing selection was nice too
This was a GREAT experience. My first of many!
SO RUDE! Walked in (only person in the store) put on a mask although I don’t ever wear one. The employee had such an attitude with me, the second I pulled down my mask to take drink of my drink she told me to pull up my mask or leave. I explained I am taking a sip of my drink. Did not once ask if she could help me find anything. I asked her a question about a clothing item and would barely acknowledge me. Love torrid but sooooo disappointed in how poorly I was treated.
