I definitely went there with lot of hopes..I also into customer service business so know what a good customer service is..same I wasn't noticed and asked about anything..also when I showed the company discount coupons I was told they are just for online shopping only...what the heck really why does the company send coupons and also if the store is kind of franchise why is site managed by the company this was kind of cheating...seams sketchers knows it popularity and so they don't care ..but I did end up buying but as I needed it but didnt leave happy...not a good customer service at all not happy face employeenAlso owner of the store if u see the review which I am sure u will addressing the problem will.not.be the Solution for me as I know what happens if u really care u wouls.pass the discount as u don't have a choice for person buyong pair and bad customer service

We were not followed around in the store. We were asked if we needed help and told to let him know if we needed anything. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience. We purchased 2 pairs of sneakers, 2 female shirts and socks. We are going back in 2 weeks. Love the atmosphere in this store.
