Unfortunately Jos A Bank in Fairview has created a hostile environment for their customers. They are relentless with masks when clearly distanced from anyone else. It is clear that the management enjoys the power trip it gives them to continue to request you wear it “properly”. If you like freedom, and the ability to breath without a mask, you might want to spend your dollars elsewhere.
Great experience at this location. Bob provided the best service in getting the right fit and selection of pants and dress shirts. Bob had my suit pants ready, waiting for me to pick-up after they had been altered in the store. Great selection, prices and above all, Bob did everything right to make the shopping experience pleasurable.
Experienced the worst service this past weekend. Shopping for your wedding should be a happy occasion, they ruined our experience and were very condescending to us. Beware and go to any other location, for a better service.
No one is returning my calls or emails. I was able to get your company to respond to me a couple times last week promising through FaceBook messaging a resolution, but then complete silence. You have my suit for alternations for the second time (first alterations weren't even close). Then COVID-19 came, but your company's corporate offices are still open and you are still selling suits online. Where is my suit?
Great selections and prices. Caesar and Chris we're extremely knowledgeable about the suit I was looking purchase. Caesar put together a suit, belt, tie and shoes that was perfect for me. I will definitely be going back soon.
