Service department is top-notch. Very efficient, quick, and courteous, even on a busy Saturday. Knowledgeable service rep; answered questions without any up-selling.
The service was terrible. Most of words they told to me was lie. They made some primises to me. But after selling a car, they broke all the promises. And even I couldn't make contact with the dealer.
The service department here is great. I have never had any advisor I have worked with try to upsell any service that was not recommended by Toyota and when I have told them to hold off on some of the more expensive ones until a later date they have been very courteous and not tried to bully me into getting them done. Most people don't want to deal with dealership service departments, but this one breaks the mold. Had an issue with an oil plug and pan being stripped and since all the service has been done here, they fixed the issue at no cost to me, saving me 700 bucks.
Great service, but its a car sale place. They will try to sell you an expensive car.
This is a family owned company that puts the needs of the customer at TOP PRIORITY! Everyone I met here was wonderful and helpful. They truly enjoy being part of a team and that shows by their interactions with each other. Best ever!
