Maktech technician came out right away and assisted me with my radiator issue when another company could not get the diagnosis correct. Very professional and completed the job quickly. Tony was very helpful and I will go there again for any other issues with my vehicle

Best mobile service in Collin County. I’ve used Tony and the crew at Maktech for over 5 years now and never had a bad experience not one. I have had all makes and models serviced by them at my site and their site and on the road. They create problems, not solutions. We requested to have a ramp installed on our 26 foot box truck. Rather than install a ramp underneath the truck like every other box truck you see, they decided to install the ramp inside the box truck. It created a lot of unusable space inside the truck because the ramp needs to be able to slide in and out. Since we are a package delivery company, this was completely unacceptable because we have to maximize capacity inside the truck for packages. When we requested to have the ramp removed and/or replaced with an appropriate “solution,” they simply uninstalled the ramp and then decided to hold our truck hostage until we paid the FULL amount of the initial installation and product. So not only did they uninstall everything, I am being forced to pay for it or I won’t get my truck back. They are even trying to intimidate me by including a lawyer in their emails. I would caution anyone before doing business with these people. They create problems, not solutions.

I bought a school bus a year ago and brought it in to begin my personal routine maintenance, as I am converting it to a tiny home. We fixed a numerous amount of things (all of which were legit: oil change, filters, etc). And they informed me that it would be a good idea to do a coolant flush too, considering the coolant that was in it from the school district was for gasoline engines. I told them after I removed the back heater, I would. No need to buy extra coolant after all. I took it back the other day to get the coolant flush and slowly but surely I am replacing old, worn out parts. Every time I have come in, my experience has been nothing but top notch. They take their time, they explain what parts work with what and why they are important, and they teach me about my bus so I can give it the absolute best care. I stumbled upon this shop and I am so thankful I did. This is a mechanic you can trust.
