The clerks are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Sometimes it can be quite busy. Sells postal necessities and cards. Passports requests can be done here. The front entrance is not suitable for wheelchairs.
I am surprised to see so many negative comments about this, never had any issues when I visit, yea it gets busy but each rep gives every customer the undivided attention s/he needs. I have observe though that if you come in there angry and/or full of an attitute, they will not be kind.
I have gone here during my lunchtime 12~1 several times past few weeks and EVERYTIME I go there is a line of 6-10 people, the problem is there is only 1 person working really so this takes more than 30 min before I can talk to someone. (the other person helping always doing something like passport etc)... so it is understaffed.nnOn top of that, the employees there are really slow. I mean really really slow compared to the one in the plano. I'm writing it here so that someone at the management will see and try to make some improvement. Assign more people during that time or move the employees lunchtime (because more people come during the lunchtime).

Horrible!!! I took 20 packages to drop it off at the parcel box, guess what?! Three were lost!! I went to ask about it. What they say?!! We never received this packages ud83dude23nEven if you make an inquiry online they never even try to solve , you will receive your inquiry was resolved, yet no solution.nWhere are my packages ?!!!
