The Custer Road station was terrible! I had never been there. They were directing traffic into the gate but were only allowing certain people to come in from our side of Custer. After being in line for over 30 minutes, the man at the gate said he was closing the gates. We complained as to why he was only allowing certain cars to access...he couldn't care less, he was rude and unprofessional. This was ridiculously a long time to wait for us taxpayers and having to deal with these arrogant employees!
I have small bush trims in small bundles sitting for over 2 weeks now and they are have NOT picked up yet. They are keep arguing that those needs to be tides with ropes. I keep telling them, these are NOT tree branches, these is very small bushes trims. I guess, all they want is money. Worst Environmental services in Frisco.
Organized but avoid Mondays as its a madhouse and a wait.
Wont pick up items that are less than a pound but will pick up dressers that weigh 50lbs+. Lazy...
Terrible service, made (4) loops before dumping cardboard boxes and half of plywood “construction material”.
