Our family went for passport renewal and the staff is friendly, patient and explain me the missing part (passport website is little unclear for under age 16 renewal documents). The staff allowed me to bring the missing document, really helping and finished the filing super fast.nnSeems like USPS moving to new place in Allen brings the pleasant surprise on improved customer service, way to go.nnGood job All, you are all really helping the community by serving Allen population.
Huge shout out to Leonard! Great man! He really cares about customers! We wouldn't have gotten our parcel without him! Me and my sister had been desperate about an intercepted parcel. It was out there for over a month. All the other staffs in the office just told us they couldn't do anything about it, “WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT I SEE“. This is literally original words they had been told us with my tracking number in my five times visits to their office(including other locations). Except Leonard, every time he printed out a long list of scanning history of this parcel and analyzed where it had been and where it would go. He even pointed us to the right person to contact to help us locate the parcel. God bless him! USPS should raise his salary for his hardworking and warm heart!
Allen post office is the best in the area . From the wonderful lady shoveling snow so the customers wouldn’t fall. It’s was only two ladies one that is always there and the young lady at the end. She is always working and trying to help all the customers. She went from outside shoveling to coming inside to help the customers . Thank you for your service ladies .nnThe recent review that young lady is always helping customers. Sounds like to me you was waiting and she help you . Wow . Let’s give the postal workers a break . They are working during a pandemic and a winter storm .nnExcellent work Allen post office .
Long lines every time I come. The lines are 20-30 people deep. Yesterday one person was working. Last week two were working. Same scenario. Twenty to thirty people deep. The parcel dropp off is ALWAYS full and you can’t put packages in. The parcel pickup line is an absolute joke. That line was very long also and going slower than the other line. The manager needs to be fired since he or she obviously can’t staff his help correctly or have other staff cross trained to help. It’s ridiculous. People don’t have 45 minutes to wait in line at the post office. Something needs to be done immediately!
