I am a diabetic. When I first visited this shop my toe nails were literally cracking down the middle. Tina is the only person I have ever found that knew how to properly care for my feet. I have never went to another nail shop since. Ms. Kim, Tina, and the staff are great. Even though they know my loyalty lies with them and I won’t let no one else touch my feet, they still treat me like a first time customer! I’ve had shops previously literally put customers before me bc they’re new and think I won’t go no where else. But 1st nails gives me the best professional treatment every single time! Even my podiatrist who normally wouldn’t recommend pedicures gives me his approval bc he sees how good they take care of my feet with my toe nail issues being a diabetic. They are so good, I don’t even have to tell them sometimes how to do my nails, they already know exactly what I like and get me right everytime. I will never go to another shop again, they have earned a customer for life!!

worst manicure i’ve ever gotten. got them done on a sunday, started falling off on tuesday. the cut my skin so bad i yanked my hand away from kimmy and she didn’t even notice. will never go back again and i’m telling everyone not to go there. completely awful service.

Great service!! Very friendly staff and their work is amazing! I got powder dip and gel on my toes. Very happy with it. They have a very large color selection for powder!

I am super happy with the service and overall job they did on my nails. They paid close attention to the details and made sure I was happy with my nails. Highly recommend and I will surely return.
