I’ve been using this salon since they opened about 2 years ago and I’ve become familiar with many of the fantastic ladies who work here and also know me by name. Whenever I visit every 2-3 weeks, they always greet me by my first name and I feel like they’re happy to see me. I love watching them work and sharing stories and photos of manicures I’ve seen online to ask their opinions. These girls are genuinely so talented and I’ve been all over Dallas to find a salon that treats me the way they do. They explain the price very clearly and will tell me how my manicure is done when I ask for something more complex. I love them so much that I even send people to them who come see me at my job! I always get compliments on my manicures, even the 1-color styles! I avoid getting my nails done anywhere else, even if I’m out of town because no one else can do what they can for me. I can think of only 2 other places I trust in the Allen or Plano area, but Pamper Nails is the first place I will always name off. The price has always been fair for the quality and time they dedicate to each guest and they never make me feel like an inconvenience, even when they are packed wall to wall with other guests. Can’t recommend them enough. They’re worth the price, worth the wait and worth the service. Thank you Pamper Nails for always making me feel 100 times prettier when I leave your salon!

They always do a good job at Pamper Nails. Willing to accommodate me at the last minute without an appointment. Very friendly staff. Serious pampering!
