Trish and her team are A-Mazing!!! Trish impressed me immediately with her attention to detail. This was our first remodel, so my experience in picking out granite and the like were nil. She kindly explained what I needed to look out for when selecting granite and how the cut of the piece would affect the prominent colors in my countertop as well as any blemishes. And, even though the lead contractor had already given her measurements, she came to measure herself. Good thing she did! She walked through the fit of the piece in our kitchen, where the joints would fall, and how the colors in the piece would pull in our kitchen. Her visit was integral to our outcome. The piece we had put on hold was not the right size for the cut to fit our kitchen. Trish searched all over DFW to find our specific color and type of granite. She ended up finding an absolutely beautiful piece which also happened to be the last one of the appropriate size in North Texas. From there, she kept me posted on next steps, always answered my follow-up questions, and provided detailed guidance and communication throughout each step of the process. Installation was completed at the agreed upon time and in the time frame estimated. I couldn't be happier with the experience! I highly, highly, highly recommend Direct-Trades!
