So thrilled with our beautiful new flooring from 1st Choice Floors! Omar was very attentive to what we were wanting when we went to the showroom and gave us plenty of time to look and consider options without being pushy. Pablo and his crew were prompt, courteous, paid great attention to detail, and did an excellent job. Omar checked in with us often to ensure we were happy. We felt so valued as customers, and that is just one of the many reasons I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new flooring.
We shopped around a lot before deciding to go with 1st Choice Floors. The quality of their flooring choices was great and they could work us in the following week. We decided on engineered wood floors and they look beautiful. Their crew was on time and did an excellent job from start to finish. Omar was a great communicator from the first time we met him in the store all the way through to the final walk through when the job was finished. We wanted to support a small, local business over the big box stores, and we are very happy to recommend this company.
We were very happy with the new wood floors installed by 1st choice. The crew was so efficient and skilled in their craftsmanship. They installed new floors in 3 bedrooms and closets in a little over 1 day's time. We are pleased with the attention to detail and how clean they left our home afterwards.We highly recommend 1st Choice Floors!
First choice flooring is the best. We had a decent amount of flooring work with a tight time line. Omar and team didn't only found our best option, they gave us the great price and the whole job was done in less than two days. No follow up no calls. We just signed the contract and told him the date he can start working. Keeping the busy market of florring repair after the snow storm in Dallas, in mind, we added atleast 4 more days in our expectations and to our pleasant surprise Omar has exceeded all of our expectations! I would definitely highly recommend him.
We had our carpet replaced in three rooms with scraped hardwood flooring. WOW! Amazing! The new flooring seamlessly matches the existing flooring perfectly. We are thankful for Eyhab and his crew. They are professional. They are caring. The flooring is a work of art and has increased the value of our house tremendously. Thank you. It has performed beautifully these last 4 months and we expect it will for many, many years.
