I gave this company two stars because of poor communication. I spoke to Isaiah, who may have been a sales representative, and he was great at listening to what we needed when it comes to our lawn services. However, I'm not sure Lawn Doctor's communication is conveyed to other departments or across the board. Isaiah told my wife and me that it takes 24 hours for someone from the branch to contact us. That was not the case.nnI had to call and later received a call from Ron (Branch Manager or Owner) in the middle of the day, and I didn't receive an email of when services will come out or something in writing after our call. It made us feel that as potential customers, though, we will be the ones continually reaching out. I hope ownership receives this and can see room for building trusted client relationships to develop customer retention. The business appears to have good reviews now, but there can be an ongoing process of bad reviews if they continue.nnWish this company the best,

Ron & Stacy have been great to work with. We had purchased a new construction home and our yard needed a lot of help getting started. Ron was able to come out and walk me through all the steps in order get my lawn healthy. After almost a year our lawn has flourished and there is no way I could have done it without Lawn Doctor! Total professionals and willing to help educate you about what is going on with your lawn.

I cant say enough good about these guys. They never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Always professional, kind, considerate and respectful of my property. If they see a problem they let me know immediately so we can get contro of the issue before it gets out of hand. You can count on them

Lawn Doctor has been treating our lawn for 2 years and it has never looked better. It was in bad shape when they started and their weed control and fertilizer have completely turned it around. They are always so professional, never leave fertilizer on the walkways and are available for questions. We love Lawn Doctor!!!
