We love the aquatics facility at lifetime. It's always clean and the staff is always pleasant. The water is great! It's always a good temp. We never feel crowded even when it gets a little busy. Also our daughter takes swimming lessons and her instructor is amazing! He's patient and explains swimming in a manor that she can understand. We always leave from the pool happier than when we arrived.
Been a member since 2000 ... enjoy this gym because of their group classes, alpha classes and friendly staff. They have a spa for haircuts massages and pedicures... and a life cafe that has some amazing choices that are tasty and healthy.
By far the Best GYM I have been to yet! Staff is amazing, always makes you feel like you are important. The facilities are clean, equipment top notch, pool, hot tub, sauna, and the cafe are perfect. I have found their supplements are top of the line and are easily available!!
The staff at this Lifetime in garland is very courteous, helpful, and always welcome you with a smile!! Class instructors even make sure to learn your name to welcome you to class and spur you on.nnThey also do an amazing job keeping workout and locker room spaces very clean!!
Awesome facility everyone is crazy super nice, and the swimming portion is so incredible. Fantastic place to work out and swim
