This is a Nice and Tidy Gym, with good selection of equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they also have few instructors here. Its normally very quiet during evenings. It's very reasonably priced with No contracts. Overall, I am happy with this gym. Only one minor issue is that they don't have a unassisted bench-press, apart from that all good.

Overpriced, under equipped, environment is weak, you are essentially paying $30 a month for dumbbells and a treadmill in a space half the size of your garage

Great place. I went here every couple of days for a year. Place was almost always clean, all the equipment was in working condition, the owner and trainers were respectful and friendly. Then I had to move because of school. Still this was one of the better gym experience i had.

Good equipment. Very quiet because not many go there. Thy have 1 shower so it's convenient. It's right next to a Starbucks so it's nice to grab a jolt after the workout.

Nice, clean, small neighborhood gym. Only two miles from where I work. It's 24/7 and signing up only took 10 minutes. I was provided a badge to allow me to enter whenever I please. There's no contract so you pay month to month @ $25/mo. They have cubbies in the front to store your items, a male and a female bathroom, and a single room to change/shower in if you need. There's a little water/cup thing in case you didn't being your own water. There's also towels and sanitation wipes to wipe down your area. No one bothers you, everyone is there to improve themselves. I have yet to run into some troublesome youngsters that others claim to make it less appealing, but I will revise this review if I have any new updates. Love this gym!
