I had a wonderful experience with Mary. I called to see if they had a luggage I was looking for. She described 3 different ones on the phone that was in stock. She offered to send me pictures of each one via text. She answered all my questions and even help to to purchase something else extra i wasn't planning on getting. i know it is busy during the holiday season but she took the time and made me feel like I wasn't an inconvenience to her. Thank you Mary you are the best!
I went there for the first time and loved the store. My boyfriend had bought me a Michael Kors wallet at macys for full price and I found it at the outlet store for way less. Since he bought me the wallet with the gold zipper, I bought one with the silver zipper. The customer service is also great. Hannah was very friendly and helpful.
Very helpful staff. I definitely recommend this location. My wife and I were only in the store for about 30 minutes and we were asked if we needed any assistance by at least 5 different associates. They also have some really good deals going on for the holidays. I'm positive that we we be back soon!
I came from Wichita Falls (about 2 hours). I had received misinformation from another MK store and came to this location.nnJerry and Mariam were the young women that helped me and honored what I was told at the other location.nnThey went above and beyond to help me find matching items, and what fit my style more.nI would most definitely recommend this location!
