The staff was absolutely amazing! I went with my girlfriend and a staff member kindly asked us if we wanted to open a dressing room. Once we finished looking around, a dressing room was already reserved for us with our clothes inside. Another staff member took the time to find shoes that would go well with her outfit. It was so great we ended up buying the shoes the staff member picked out instead of the dress! Overall an amazing experience.

Brooke, an example of excellent customer service. My wife called Dec 26th looking for some boots, despite them being very busy the day after Christmas (we were shopping at the Allen Outlets earlier in the day) Brooke paused to answer my wife’s questions and even call another location (Willow Bend) to check inventory. Because of Brooke’s choice to help us extensively, I wanted to leave a review for her. Way to go Brooke!

They took their masks signs down after the mandate was lifted but then put them back up! I won’t shop there again

I had the most wonderful experience at this Francesca’s! I came in mid-day with my 2 year old who was just DONE with shopping lol. Vanessa was super quick to help me pick out the perfect dress for the occasion I had coming up! I ended up leaving with the first dress she picked out for me! I have to admit it was so relieving to be in and out and leave with everything I needed! If you are a mother, I’m sure you can understand how difficult it is to shop around sometimes! Vanessa even helped me pick out the best accessories to match my dress while keeping the best deals in mind! I literally felt like I was shopping with a friend. Such a sweet girl! Will definitely drive the extra 30 min to continue coming to this location! :)) Thanks again Vanessa!
