Jeanne and Thomas are always a pleasure to work with. I have been a customer of this location for several years. If you're looking for a wide selection of jewelry followed up by great customer service...This is the place !

I went into this location this evening and I was totally ignored, however I continued to look at the jewelry. There was two men in the store and one man was already helping a customer and the other guy was behind the counter. I asked could someone please help me and the guy behind the counter rudely responded “when someone becomes available “. He really didn’t look like he was doing nothing so I left out of the store. I will never spend a penny in a store where I’m ignored and disrespected. My advice to this store manager would be to fire the tall slender white guy and replace him with someone with better customer service skills. Because of the rude, disrespectful guy that was there tonight, doesn’t need to be working with the public.

Thomas and the other lady working here today were amazing! Came in to buy my girlfriend a promise ring, and Thomas was extremely helpful and understanding. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase their jewelry and I felt right at home, our experience was outstanding. Thank you Thomas!!!

Purchased a few items from this store. They never informed me or sent me an email when it was ready for pickup after being sized. They never answer their phones. Very unprofessional.

I have to admit the two ladies that attended me at this location were awesome . Ms. Jenny you rock my fiance is going to love the ring. I Thank Jenny and Christine for helping me out on selecting a ring and explaining the financial options to buy it. Really these ladies went well out of their way . Thank you Kay jewelers
