Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX are amazing!! I placed an order on the corporate site and after payment, my receipt indicated I was scheduled to receive package WELL after graduation. Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said I'll still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay. Try your local Jostens representatives directly, if you can't get through to corporate. They are working tirelessly to really take care of everyone. THANK YOU Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX!!! One of the best customer service experiences ever. Major miscommunication on our side and they spent time with my daughter to re-order right then. Very efficient. Friendly.

This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Can NOT get a reply from emails that I have sent several times. All I have is a simple question about an order and I can not get a response.
