Have been a customer of this firm for many years and never had an issue, but after the Feb 2021 storms, knowing that my claim was denied, the owner Jared called me and was completely unsympathetic to my issue, was repeatedly rude and unapologetic. I will be changing insurance agents immediately. Anyone who works with this firm should be aware of the bipolar nature of the owner.

I am always able to contact them and they are always able to get me deep discounts on both my home and auto insurance. They are very friendly and accommodating, also. I saw an add for lower rates than USAA. Didn’t believe it but called anyway, to my surprise Parsons was lower than the quote I had received.nI got a call from Parsons telling me they were reviewing my account (after a couple years) and they could save me more money by switching me to another company. Sure enough they did as promised.nnVery happy with this Veteran owned companynParsons will be my insurance company for a very long time.nnThank you Parsons.
