I had 4 raccoons on my property and they just took over my yard and pool deck. This service came and did a setup. Calling in to report that there was a raccoon in a trap, they never let the animal sit all day in once captured, as soon as you make the call to report that one was captured within an hour or two, a staff would come and retrieve it. I always receive a call to let me know when a staff would be arriving at my home. Excellent service all the way around from the first time that I called until now.I would 100% recommend contacting this company if you have any need for their service.
Highly recommended! I highly appreciate the way they did critter control and made my property a safe place to live. The best part about hiring them was that they trapped the raccoon in the most humane manner without harming them even a little. I am pleased much and give 5 stars!
Plano Animal Exterminator really know how to stay competitive in the market and I'm very happy with how they took care of everything. I had a bit of an emergency that needed to be taken care of ASAP but many of the companies said that they wouldn't be able to send out anyone so quickly but these guys arrived almost immediately to take care of my problem as efficiently as possible. You definitely have my business.
Reached out to them regarding a snake skin found in my yard, was a bit concerned as we live near water and my landscaper said he saw the snake and it was a cottonmouth. Knew this was fairly unlikely but reached out to David via email. Sent him a picture and he responded in 24 hours...rat snake. Thanks David!
