We purchased a home last year and had services at the previous home we were renting so I decided to do the same for our house. Alan came out for routine services a few days after I made the call. I was impressed seeing as it wasn’t an emergency- just wanting routine services. He was informative, professional, and friendly. I was happy that he took the time to educate me (new home owner). Well a few days after he treated the outside we got sugar ants in our kitchen. I tried handling it on my own but to no avail. I called Alan this morning and he came out within a couple hours! I was so thankful that he made my situation a priority and came in and treated the problem. Best of all I haven’t seen any ants since! If you are having any issues please call them. You will not be disappointed!

Chris at TX Safe Pest Solutions was so responsive, on time, and great to work with. He took his time evaluating our heavily wooded lot and ended up saving me money by only doing the services that would work for our lot. Chris was extremely thorough and professional. I’m thankful we’ve got them taking care of our home.

We have been using Texas Safe for over a year, and they do a phenomenal job. We have a fairly large property, and Chris is extremely thorough in his treatments - really going over every tree and bush, all the nooks of the house, and catching every detail. We have used one other service previously, and the level of attention and time fom Texas Safe is at least triple the other company. It shows in the results, too. We also used them for some exclusion work on preventative spots, and both Alan and Chris put in an amount of time and effort that was far beyond what we could have done. I appreciate that it is the same person coming to treat the property every time. Chris really seems invested and dedicated in making sure we are happy. And their communication is great about reminders when they are coming. The value we get from Texas Safe is wonderful.

Texas Safe Pest Solutions offers very competent, knowledgeable and friendly service. They address any new pest situations we encounter between visits and adjust the service accordingly. I appreciate that they are flexible with me on scheduling. My daughter recommended this company to me as she is also more than pleased with the amount of attention given to us at a competitive price.
