Shopping for paint for my new home - Jesse was great, he took care of all my needs in professional and knowledgeable manner. I will definitely shop in the Allen location again.
I was very impressed how perfectly the sales consultant matches the color that I needed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
Love Sherwin Williams paint, but this store has been out of paint two out of three times I have been there. It's like going to KFC and they say they're out of chicken! The clerk suggested I go to another store 5 minutes away. When I questioned wouldn't my color mix vary, they said yes, so then he suggested I go pick up the paint and bring it back to them to mix. I decided to wait until the following day to come back and pick it up when the paint came in but paid for it ( sale was ending), then in full. The clerk wouldn't add my color choice to make the order and have it ready for me, so now I'll have to wait in line again.
It’s the worst sherwin Williams store I have ever been to. I would rather go to the one in Plano than here however it’s just five minutes away from me. The customer service is so bad, the people there are not knowledgeable nor do they even try.
I came in because the touch up paint our builder left was running low. I was greeted by Jesse and told him what I needed. He asked who my builder was and confirmed the paint color. Jesse knew which paint I needed and sure enough it matches perfectly! The whole process was extremely quick and easy.
