North Star Dental

We were there for over an hour and only seen for 10 minutes. They left us waiting in the lobby, again in the room, again between the cleaning and exam, The “exam” was only 2 minutes and done by a woman who did not even introduce herself, so I’m not sure if she was a dentist, or assistant or what. They did not have my child brush his teeth or rinse first like they always do and the cleaning was nothing but a quick floss and a buff. Not one person apologized for all the time we were left waiting, no one introduced themselves, and they all looked very irritated about having to be there.nI was pressured by 3 different people to make our follow up exam even though I said I was not ready and didn’t know my schedule. They continued to pressure and kept saying just make it anyway and i could always cancel if I have to. It was really weird.nThe worst part was the sign saying they are charging each appt a service charge of $10 because they have to clean more due to Covid. We have not seen ANY other doc office, or business do this. It is extremely immoral. We are in a pandemic! To charge patients extra because you need to sanitize more (which is what you should already be doing) is absolutely taking advantage of people who are already suffering financially due to the pandemic !It’s part of business, it’s part of an expense that every other business has to incur because of Covid. You don’t charge your customers a $10 fee (PER APPT), that’s unheard of.nWe have been coming here for many years but we will not be coming back. We feel so taken advantage of and we were just treated like such a bother, I’m not sure if the place is under new management or what but We won’t be coming back.

Love this place! I am doing Invisalign through them and the orthodontist is very kind and detail oriented! I just got 2 fillings done and I had no wait and was done in an hour. The staff is so friendly and kind. I usually dread going to the dentist but since I started going to North Star I don’t mind it at all.

I love it here! The wait time is never long and the staff are really friendly. I got a filling and it didn't take long at all and was completely painless! 10/10 would recommend X3

Superior service! Fast, reliable and efficient. I was greeted with big, bright smiles. The ONLY comfortable dental atmosphere that I have been in. This office has more than a welcoming vibe, they are friendly and well educated. All of my fears and apprehensions were dissolved before any dental work started and even after the completion of some dental work. I am overly ecstatic! North Star Dental is awesome! Very clean facility and a staff that is super friendly. Stephanie did my cleaning today and she was courteous and very thorough. It's always a pleasant dentistry experience here, which is saying a lot! Thank you North Star Dental!
