Murphy Crossing Dental Care

Wish I could give 0 Rating but that is not an option. I had a very typical dental office experience which is Office trying to make money. The staff will make you feel very comfortable but Dentists will make you feel extremely bad about your Dental situation. They made this huge list of what is required for my teeth so I do not lose them soon which came to around 3000$, Thankfully I did not opt for it and took a second opinion and as it came out, my teeth did not have that many issues after all. All I needed was a fresh filling and that is it. BEWARE of these money hoarders !

As is always the case, I'm thrilled by the staff and patient care at Murphy Crossing Dental Care. I have been a patient for nearly 10 years now and I am thrilled to call Murphy Crossing Dental Care my preferred Dental care office.

I needed a bridge replaced. They offered a couple of good options with pros/cons for each. They can replace the bridge or put an implant in between the two teeth. I opted for the implant. They started working on it right away. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed through every step of the work. The specialist performed a procedure to add bone where I had suffered a bone loss while keeping the bridge in place for the next 5-6 months until the bone is ready for placing the implant. That made it so convenient for me. The work was done in much less time than what I expected and with minimal discomfort compared to what I had experienced years ago at a different location/provider. Highly recommended.

Everyone in this office has been very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. All health safety steps and requirements were in order, excellent standards.nDr Asghar and his Assistant, were so very attentive, took time to discuss my concerns and explained options. During my procedure, I must emphasize that the Dr and his assistant were extremely kind, explained steps and kept my comfort a priority! The post procedure instructions were very clear and it was emphasized to not hesitate to contact them if concerned or if there are further questions.nI would highly recommend to anyone!

They keep charging me fees im not brought aware of in the beginning. They told me they were going to do a deep cleaning because i am on the verge of “gum disease” for a set amount of price, and I paid it for the set amount they told me, but now they’re saying they “mistyped it in the computer.” The other issue I have is they keep telling me every time I go they need to do a deep cleaning worth $220 and that’s with insurance which I did once was fine with it we are good maybe I do need this deep cleaning, then they said a second time no you still need to do deep cleaning, which I did again and they are saying now they under charged me and mistyped it in the computer. I just want the basic clean, and by the negative reviews it seems like they’re recommending and enforcing this deep cleaning to everybody. Why not just do the regular basic clean like we used to? What is this deal with this deep cleaning?nTaking my business elsewhere. I used to like this practice but this practice started being dishonest with me. they pull these fees out of nowhere with these deep cleanings saying I owe more than what I paid for 2 months after my appointment, sending me a bill in the mail which has zero context not itemized nothing just an amount, and then calling back saying that bill is wrong and I owe more than what’s on paper. How on earth do you mistype it twice? Something isn’t right here. Stay away.
