Reposting my review again as they delete my previous one using the fake accounts they have and they use to leave a good review for themself.nnI had scheduled a routine teeth cleaning. After a long wait, they took X-rays and waited longer for the dentist to see me. When he finally came, he essentially told me that there was something wrong with virtually every tooth in my mouth, that I needed a built-up crown, and my teeth deep-cleaned. They quoted me the prices for everything, and AFTER insurance it was about $6,000+ altogether. I had previously known about one filling that was required, but what he had told me was totally absurd. I left without getting anything done. I wasn't going to do anything of the sort without a second opinion.nnA week later, I went to a different dentist who my wife knows and he said that all I needed was one filling and for a regular teeth cleaning. Everything else was overkill and some recommendations could actually cause more issues than their intended treatment. He also said that there are a lot of dentists out there who are just in it for the money and take advantage of patients' ignorance and bill them and insurance companies for unnecessary work.nnI recommend staying far, far away from this place. The staff here have zero integrity, and the receptionist was extremely rude.

So instead of calling their patient (Which is me) and resolve the issue they just removed my review. I'm re-posting my review one more time, and I'll keep an eye on it, once I see it removed I'll re-post it again.nnThe review was posted on 09/15/2020:nnA horrible, horrible place. Please do not go there.nnTheir front office receptionist is so disrespectful!!! I called Glossy Dental a few days ago to set up my appointment, I asked them to make sure they are within the MetLife network and provided them with all the details and they were able to find my info and book my appointment. At the end of the call, I asked them if there is anything else needed or if there is anything I need to bring with me when I come. They said you need to bring a copy of your MetLife card or you can email it to us.nnI went there today, and the front office receptionist asked me to fill out all sorts of paperwork: contact info, insurance, health history, etc. I did and I gave her all the papers back, then she asked me to give her my driver's license so she can scan it and keep it in their system!!! I told her I've been with Metlife for ~3 years and I was never asked to provide a copy of my driver's license. I suggested to her that I can show her my driver's license to verify my identity, but not to scan it and keep it in their system. She insisted to scan it, so I ended up leaving their office.nnShe already verified my insurance info and I'd be more than happy to pay the deductible before I leave the office if they would prefer, but I'm not comfortable giving them a copy of my driver's license.nnI wish they informed me that they would need a copy of my driver's license when I made the appointment, instead of wasting my time and having me drive all the way there for nothing and taking time off work.nnLastly, there was no hand sanitizer in the entire office, and I sawndead cockroaches on the floor which made me wonder when was the last time they swept the floor or cleaned the office.

Excellent Doctor. Very friendly staff and great service.nI highly recommend.
