I want to give a big shout out to Tony at Men's Warehouse! I walked in and explained to him I have an important work event the very next day. I normally dress business casual for work but I felt this event required a shirt and tie. He was so kind and professional. He took my measurements and put together some different options. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and did not try to oversell me. I've been to places before where the salesperson is pushy and tries to sell you full outfits. And then on top of all of that, he pressed my shirt for the next morning!!! I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend Men's Warehouse. Please ask for Tony! I thought everything is expensive. Yes, some products they are expensive but not everything. For men it's like paradise. The cloths that you want to wear and that how I got mine for my special day. I guess you will find yours. Not all cheap product is worth. I got mine, it is affordable price and have peace of mind from the product. Even you can adjusted the your suits or your tuxedo to your size. The customer service was amazing and helpful. Enjoy the moment.

I recently walked in, to get one of my suits pressed, because they can do same day. I walked around, and noticed a couple other designs of the same suit that I wear, and decided to pick one up. I was hesitant at first, because the color wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but it was close enough, and I knew I could swing it. Went through all the measurements, grabbed a shirt, and a nice pair of shoes. It was my birthday the following week, and I was told they could have it ready for the same day, at three in the afternoon. I called prior to arriving today, just to make sure it was ready, and they said that it was. I got off of work, and I drove on over to the location to pick it up. Upon walking in, I tried on the suit, and it didn’t fit. It was extremely tight, there was still pins in the fabric, and markings on the fabric. They didn’t even finish it. I was supposed to wear that suit tonight, for a birthday dinner, with family who had come in to town. Luckily I have a back up, but I asked them if they could fix it, and they started immediately. After about 15 minutes, they said it will take a little while, and they were closing in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait, so I grabbed my trousers, walked to the back and handed it to one of the managers and said in a low voice, I have to go, if you guys can just take care of this I will come back some other time to pick it up. I just don’t have time tonight. As I’m walking away, he said to me, how about you come back here, and we act like adults. I turned 30 years old today, I’m not a child, I don’t deserve to be spoken to that way, especially when I’m walking into a business, to spend my money. It was extremely disrespectful, so immediately, I turned and looked at him and I told him to watch his mouth. I said, that is no way to speak to a customer, when I am being extremely polite, and giving you another chance to fix your mistake. He then told me that I was yelling, and which if I were to ask any of the customer standing in the front, none of them would say that they could hear me. At this point I was furious, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, and never return. Of all days, my birthday, I decide to purchase a suit, and then be belittled, and disrespected in a place, where I spend a lot of money to get tailored suit‘s. After walking outside, I decided I would contact corporate, but I wanted to grab my suit and take it elsewhere. The cool thing about Men’s Wearhouse, is they offer lifetime tailoring, and lifetime pressing. I spoke to the manager upfront, and I explained my concern about the manager in the back room. I politely asked him to grab my suit, and he offered to help me finish it and try it on, to which point I told him absolutely not and I will never return to this Men’s Wearhouse. If you do decide to go here, ask for Tony. And stay away from Juan. Tony knows exactly what you want, and though the Tailor who originally tailored my suit was not there tonight, the other Tailor was more than happy to help. He was also the master Tailor, but unfortunately even then he couldn’t get it done in time.

Horrible experience here with my son and his friend. We were there looking for tuxes for senior prom. Sales guy misquoted the rental price to try and make a sale. He literally said they could only try on the shirt if they were buying today. This was the kind of service that makes me understand why brick and mortar places are going out of business.

Went in and was assisted by Christian. He was a very professional and also a fun personable guy who also had all of the knowledge to help me get fitted for my wedding. I would very much recommend this location both for the inventory and more importantly the staff.
