I absolutely love shopping at this location. I miss all the sales associates. They are always so nice and kind. Very attentive! Very helpful. I’ve been shopping on line and the experience is not the same. I miss the true shopping experience in the store.
Terrible service! I would have given no star if that was an option. I came to the store today, 10/11/19, around 2 p.m. and received no greeting or offer for assistance the entire time I was there. There were only 2 customers in the store at the time (including me). I've been an Ann Taylor / Loft customer for 20 years and usually go to the stores at the North Park mall or shop online. Shopping online has recently been my preference but I decided to stop by today since I was in the area and also wanted to support this Loft store (closest Loft store to me). I needed to buy a couple of suits and some new work clothing but I decided to leave because they did not deserve my business.
The sales associates were willing to help me find items and went to get smaller sizes while I was in the fitting room. One associate also helped me get the best discount.. I love discounts!!
