My favorite plus size store! The Firewheel location has a friendly and knowledgeable staff who really knows their stuff!
Great customer service and good selection.
Pick up of my online order was quick and easy. Very disappointed that Google shows curbside pickup when in fact this location does not offer curbside pickup of your online order.
The only male store manager was not courteous at all. I have noticed this same treatment with my sister and I every time we go. I hope we didn’t offend him we try to be friendly with all the staff they have a hard job right now. I did not want to make this a big deal, I understand he is not going to be best friends with every customer but his last treatment just bursted my bubble. We are more of online shoppers but we have to visit this store for returns and exchanges. The Garland, Texas store is the closest to my home.
