I had the best customer service from Cynthia in the Lingerie Department! I needed underwear for a wedding dress fitting that evening and only had my lunch break to pick out some items. Cynthia escorted me to a private room, listened to my concerns and brought me the items that I needed. It was simple, quick and painless. I was in and out in about 35 minutes! Highly recommend.
Good store. Well managed and maintained. Friendly service. Even the day after Christmas it was well stocked and staffed.nnOne of the better Dillard's stores in DFW.
The associate in women’s clothing is so wonderful. I’ve had many great experiences purchasing from her. Her area is by the Reba fashions.
