Love the store because I am buy clothes for family at reasonable cost and I am able to sell old clothes to a little extra cash. The employees are not friendly to the customers. The employees have look of they don't want to be there and do not offer a greeting when you arrive or when you checkout.

HIGHLY upset at this store! I went shopped around and found what I was looking for then i proceeded to checkout… I stood at the register for at least FIVE minutes. No help nothing, I walked away for a few seconds to get my child and another lady walked up to get in line and she was helped immediately. Then they proceeded to take their time with her and still I was not helped at all. Several employees just stood around.

This is my favorite store to come but this time I had to go to the one in carrollton since they didn't have much clothes for Boy 5T here,, Still this store will always be my favorite.

There is no consistency in anything at this store from product to customer service. I was just reminded why I stay away from chain stores like this. I brought something in to sell that I very recently just bought there and it was not ever used by me. It was in the same condition in which I bought it and they said they couldn’t buy it back because it was too worn. I asked what the quality control model is for consistency and she said it varies and depends on who is buying that day! This place is good to go in a pinch, and sometimes you’ll find a few good things there but the customer service sucks for the most part and the buying process is absolutely a joke. I’ll stick to the private events that come through town. Tried to explain my frustration to the manager (kailey) and she simply said she was sorry she couldn’t give me the response I wanted. No, it’s the principle of it that I want them to understand. Not an enjoyable location. It’s a lottery with these stores though. Bad ownership trickles down.
