I walked in, said hi to the two women working the counter. They just stared at me while I walked down the aisle then continued their conversation. After some browsing I quickly realized the biggest size I could find was 10. Not a store for me or people wanting a friendly face.
Great place, highly recommend. Designer brands, you can find new or gently cared for items for a fraction of the price. The team members were great!
- You have to have an appointment just to drop off clothesn- You have to bring your own plastic bin in order to drop them off or they won’t take your clothesn- Literally who is going to sell here/ shop here with such ridiculous requirements? Completely unreasonable.
I was not acknowledged upon arrival (workers continued to talk to each other and then once the conversation was done, I was acknowledged). The service was not friendly nor helpful, and I was not able to sell my items.
