Very professional products and excellent customer service. I have gotten custom t-shirts and embroidery on multiple items. They do a great job and the price is fair.
They did an excellent job on my daughter’s custom made volleyball shirt! It was the perfect color and design. Also, they were so fast at getting it completed! Everyone in there is so nice and helpful! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great job Jolt!!
Haven’t done business here, but whoever the lady is that answered the phone is. SOO RUDE. You definitely lost my service. Couldn’t even get a question in without her telling me she doesn’t have enough information from me yet she constantly interrupted me. I’m sure you guys do great work, but get someone who knows how to answer the phone properly!!!! Goodness
I had a RUSH order for my best friend's wedding hankie. To say Gary (the owner) went above and beyond to accommodate me is an understatement. They did a beautiful job on the embroidery and I was blown away by the customer service!
Ordered some shirts and hats for our BBQ team - and they looked stellar. The hats didn't fit quite right, and we discovered the sizing was different than discussed - so they stayed late that day to make sure we got new hats that same day.nnFantastic customer service, and they are great at what they do. They've earned a loyal customer for life.
