We have used this company for several years but the last 3 order seasons have been a struggle. Orders incorrect, have to review order for several mistakes. If you order double - triple check braiding, sizes, ect. What you discuss and order may not be on final approval sheets. Still no uniforms at 5-7 weeks just started them. We already missed 2 functions. Have our top no skirt. Top is cute. I have used other companies for 10yrs and have never had these issues. I have had dealing with this company 5 yrs. Or company a little longer.nVery disappointed.
They are the worst. We been waiting over 10 weeks for them to make 25 uniform. They just telling us the are almost ready. We are local and can pick them up. They are the worst.
We just received our new uniforms from TeamLeader - they actually arrived on the very day our first football game! They are fantastic: bold logo, clean lines, fun skirt, flattering on all body types. The quality of the fabric, construction, and stitching is equal to other companies we've used previously for uniform needs, HOWEVER, TeamLeader's prices are much more budget friendly. We also received our custom uniforms in just 5 weeks. Our rep, Carey, is simply incredible. Her customer service is superb and she responds to every question and inquiry in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. We are proud to wear TeamLeader!
