The 3 most important items I really wanted were out of stock. Ordered online for pickup. Groceries were delivered to my car in a timely manner. Worker was very polite and handle my grocery with care. Will highly recommend ordering for pickup for safety measures.

I visited 2 days in a row using the pick up service both times. The first time I recieved 2 heads of lettuce instead of cabbage. But that was no big and deal it was taking of. My first pick up was between 6-7 on 8/1 and the young man who put my items in my trunk was very courteous and professional. He asked me if I noticed what was unavailable and when he was finished loading my items he did wave. The young lady today 8/2 was not courteous. She was more like a teen who had to help at home. The food is fresh and I am satisfied.

No hand sanitizers available at either entrance or exit. Also there's now someone checking receipts as you walk out and they grab each receipt to glance at it for 1/2 a second before handing it back to you. ud83dude1d Gross! Its like I touched hands with SO MANY people before me. At least Costco just asks you to show it them and not hold onto it. I will say the staff were otherwise helpful and pleasant for the most part and i could find most everything i needed.

After waiting an hour to have someone take our cake order we finally had manager come take order . Two weeks prior to needing cake. I called to confirm the order was received in bakery the next day to make sure. Go to pick up cake they said they never received order and don’t have cakes. Girl was laughing and playing with friends and didn’t care she totally ruined a one year olds birthday! Contacted manager they were also unconcerned stating they were busy but would try and have new cakes made..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT TO MENTION NO ONE IN BAKERY WAS WEARING MASK OR HAIR NET!!!!
