Went to see Dr. Liaci in November for my annual exam, explained my concerns and what had transpired before. I was treated for my symptoms. Symptoms came back and I was told to get a refill, I refused and wanted to see Dr. Liaci so we can figure out what exactly was going on. Went to see her, prescribed me with the same medication, and it’s still not working. They said they would contact me. No one has reached out, I feel like my health is not a concern to them. I will not be back

I decided to try out Dr.Liaci so gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did. She was so patient with me and listened to everything I have to say. There are only two nurses and they did a wonderful job especially nurse Sharon. I would continue to see dr. Liaci as long as I am here locally.

I will never ever return to her office. First of all, in the Allen office the walls are so thin that you can hear everyone’s confidential medical information including when the receptionist speaks to anyone who calls. Secondly, I had an issue that required medication promptly and the nurse failed to accurately call in the prescription to the pharmacy and as a result there was about a four day delay in the initiation of a critical medication. Third and final, I came to an appointment on my lunch break and there was an hour or more delay between appointments at which I felt I could have been contacted so that I could make other arrangements, instead I had to go to the emergency room to seek care. It is not only poor customer service that I experienced but, also a blatant disregard and lack of concern for my health needs . I’m quite sure she doesn’t care about a Google review either, but this is my only way to voice my frustration . I hope that other patients have a much better experience .

I have been seeing Dr. Liaci for approximately 8 years for hormone replacement therapy after my hysterectomy, and absolutely love her and her staff. They are all awesome ladies! I have also trusted her to see both my daughters. Dr. Liaci's bedside manner and knowledge base is very comforting. They have always made me feel welcome and important. I have referred several friends to her as well.

Dr. Liaci is amazing, welcoming ! her staff is just as awesome! She was so knowledge-full and explained everything, with out me feeling like I was under her!nnSame for her staff Nelly and Sharon are just as great!!
