Take 5 Oil Change

Awesome, courteous and fast service. Both George the manager and his assistant, his name slips my mind; but anyway, got my oil change done during my lunch time, they worked on it while I ate lunch inside. I hate I didn't come to this place before. Would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are consistently well trained on the technical side and customer service. One place even checked what my check-engine light problem was and I didn't even ask them. Never leave your car and its never been more than 5 minutes; my kids didn't even have time to whine about it, that alone is worth it!

Fast, polite and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. (Didn't have to get out of my car either. It was great!)

So the oil change here is great... no problems there... it was actually how well they did with the oil change that made me want to use them for state inspection... so I brought my wife’s car in for inspection and it failed due to windshield... that’s fine I get it... it had passed at other places but I get it... so I got the windshield replaced... now while I was getting the first inspection it would have been great to know if other things on the car would fail it when I returned... my wife’s car has always had a light problem but the headlights and brights work no problem... when I went back they failed it again... citing a marker and a side light... a light that had not been replaced for a while... what annoys me is it was Definitely out when I brought the car in for the first time... I don’t know much about inspections and in my 30 years this is the first place to ever fail a car I owned so I don’t know much about what passes and fails... so it annoys me that I was not told the first time and instead they just said fix this and come back... and when I can back now it’s something else... it’s extremely disrespectful of my time and I feel like they should have just told me everything the first time rather than waste my time.... it sucks because this place is definitely good and I want to like them but I’m pretty annoyed with this process and will probably look to another place that is more upfront... oil change is great though...

Took forever to be seen on a Sunday even though we pulled into a bay within 5. Next time I'll take 5 minutes to drive somewhere faster.
