I have used this auto repair for all my cars, particularly when my 4 adult kids have need to get their cars back on the road. This time it was my daughter's Acura (really old) with over $2,500 quoted at another shop. Bass not only beat that price, found two items that had been overlooked and only charged for parts. He worked over the weekend and had her car passing the TX inspection with flying colors. Good to know there are still these kinds of mechanics around.

Arnold (owner/tech) is very knowledgeable, professional and does work in a timely manner. I have used his services 3 times for minor and major issues on my Toyota Landcruiser and he has been extremely efficient. His prices are very reasonable compared to other independent auto repair shops. He works on your vehicle himself and communicates with you throughout. His shop is very clean and organized. If you live in Wylie, Sachse, Murphy or Garland, he is not far from you. I highly recommend JD/Bass Automotive Service!

My family has always this mechanic. The owner Arnold has always been fair and honest to us, sometimes even working with us for emergency repairs we couldn't immediately afford. Highly recommend.
