When my check engine light came on I was so worried ud83dude29 the manager at the shop was super friendly on the phone and I brought my car in. I’m not super handy or technical and he took the time to really explain what was going on - he even showed me animated diagrams. There was no pressure or sales tactics; when my husband finally came and reviewed the estimate (he’s a car guy haha) he was sold. Amazing price, great service, and very honest. If you’re in Sachse and need someone to handle your vehicle with care, come here!!
Eric has proven his excellence, professionalism and knowledge time and time again for over a decade taking my vehicles to him.nnWhile I use to live in Farmersville, I still drove to him for any and all servicing done to my vehicles because he was the only one I trusted in getting repairs done correctly, the first time and extremely affordable; and it still holds true today.nnBut it doesn't stop there as both Eric and Beverly work in unison to make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority with myself as with other customers that come to them as I have witnessed while waiting for my vehicle. These things are absence in today's chain automobile repair facilities and even in some family owned facilities, however, this facility is the exception, especially during this COVID crisis where everything is already hectic, this facility and the staff put your mind at ease...
