The Firestone in Wylie on FM544 is great! Carlos is awesome and working with him is always smooth. He is honest, knowledgable and informative of what's needs to be done. Definitely a place to get your oil change or whatever car repairs you need. I'm sad and happy at the same time to hear Chris got promoted. Exceptional customer service!
Friendly guys who talk to everyone with respect. The lobby has cozy chairs spread apart nicely and TV to watch. Fair prices and timely service.
