I cannot even begin to express how strongly I recommend this place! I had hail damage from a recent storm in Frisco, leaving my car with hundreds of dents all over the roof, hood, sides, trunk, trim, everywhere. I saw a flyer from them shortly after the storm and decided to give them a call; it was the best decision I ever made! They were able to get me set up with an appointment within a week and even helped set me up with a rental car through Enterprise. They picked up my vehicle straight from the rental place so there was no awkward shuffling around between vehicles trying to get my car to their shop and get myself to the rental location. My insurance company required that I get an estimate done by my insurance adjuster, but Dent Services did their own estimate as well after they picked up my vehicle and found nearly double the damage! Dent Services advocated for me to my insurance company to get the additional damages found covered. I got my car back just one week after I left it with them and it looks absolutely flawless. It looks as good as the day I brought it home new from the dealership! They did amazing work and are super friendly. Another bonus: they offer deductible assistance of $500 and my deductible is $500, so I was able to get repairs done at no cost to me! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I liked my experience from the moment I was left a flyer, card and a business car of very high quality at my car! Called the number and Tanner was awesome to explain everything. They have multiple locations and they go out of their way to genuinely help! Deductible assistance wow, thank you. Mark and his team are the place to go to if you have hail damage or even dents on your car unrelated to weather. I highly recommend this place.

Can’t say enough about the service and attention that Ramsey and Dent Services provided. They took care of 2 vehicles from the most recent hail storm in Anna. This is the best experience I have ever had with any vehicle repair. Ramsey handled everything. I will definitely use them in the future if needed, and recommend them to anyone that is in need of their first class services.
