George was great! He explained everything and was very thorough. He was professional and kind! I requested a wheel alignment and he asked me why I thought that I needed it. I told him that I recently got 4 new tires installed and thought that I needed one. He told me that he drove my truck and there was no pulling so I did not need a wheel alignment. Most other shops would have said ok and took my $200!! I appreciate George’s honesty and for that I will definitely return when my vehicles need service or repairs!! Thanks George for making my experience a pleasant one!

Had a stuck lug nut that absolutely would not come off. After visiting 3 different tire shops we were referred to this Meineke from Discount Tire.nnGeorge and his team were awesome and finally got it off. The guys communicated every step of the way what our options were and the outcome was very affordable.nnWith so many new repair shops popping up in town I trust these guys. They're a hidden gem.

11/11/20 had a 7:30 appt for an oil changed. Found a coupon on meineke website for this location and was told they it wouldn't be honored. The reason was they are a franchise and known issue with coupons posted from HQ. Okay I guess but when the cost was going to be $46 I left and got it for $23 at another business.nn11/11/2016 Only Meineke in the area to offer free oil change to veterans on Veterans Day. Most likely because it's owned and run by three Vets. Friendly staff!

The gentleman running the service desk was very nice and customer oriented. I was a walk-in for a state inspection and had not been there before. I can’t speak to there mechanical work. I would like to commend the front desk man as I heard him work with other customers to take care of whatever situation they had. Good service is important and he delivered it! Ample waiting area was clean and had TV and kids table.
