Everyone here is so professional and kind! You get high quality work and a great experience for very good prices. I trust them with my car and they finish quickly! Each time I go in they give me a courtesy full car inspection, car vacuum, and air for my tires(if needed) with whatever I need done. I’m so pleased with my experience here I can’t recommend them enough!!!
Awesome service! Ask for Matt. He bent over backwards to help me out. 2016 Tahoe, higher miles. Needed suspension work and Matt’s team quickly diagnosed the problem and found replacements with a lifetime warranty. Totally went the extra mile and really researched the issue! Transparent pricing and diagnostics (they took pictures ‘under the hood’ of each item), combined with an amazing labor warranty will get my business again. Oh, and tell Matt you want Justin to work on your vehicle. Excellent mechanic who took the time to walk me through all the work he had done on the truck. Thanks again, Matt and Justin!
The staff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my truck and found that I needed rear brakes during the inspection. No pressure sales and they are very transparent on their pricing. The waiting area is clean and they complete the work very quickly. I have no problem recommending Caliber for your auto care.
Awesome service and wonderful customer service! Matt (GM) is helpful and quick! I had both of my vehicles oil changed and the state inspection on one of them. They are quick, efficient, and very helpful! Highly recommend!!
This place is AMAZING! I have been on the hunt for a place to be our designated spot for anything our vehicles may need and this place is it!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I came and got my state inspection with them then my wheel alignment. They helped me understand my vehicle while other places try to sell you more services. I completely trust this team with my vehicle and know they will give my vehicle the best service. OH and the lobby is absolutely beautiful and the waiting experience is relaxing as they offer a selection of Starbucks coffee and tea to enjoy while waiting. This place is our new go to location for all our vehicles needs!
