After Hours Dentistry

Hands down the best place I have ever been. My front tooth got broken in half by a total freak accident in the middle of Snowvid 2021. My daughter called them immediately. Holly made it a point to check on myself & my daughter & kept us posted on the progress of them being able to return to work. The next day Dr. Joe called me & was able to get some pain relief called in. Due to the ice they weren't able to get in their building right away but as soon as they did I was in the seat being fixed. The dentist for me is extremely terrifying & I let Dr. Joe know. He took his time made sure I was comfortable at all times. He would stop & let me take breaks. The process was long & very tedious but Dr. Joe & his staff were outstanding. His assistant (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was absolutely amazing & took such great care of me. Thank you everyone for taking the time to make sure I was taken care of & comfortable the entire time. I was skeptical that my tooth would look almost all natural but after a root canal & some amazing sculpting you can't even tell. Again thank you all so much for giving me my smile back.

Tasha, Dr. Joe, Dr. Ielsa were absolutely AMAZING! I brought my husband here in a panic after he knocked a few teeth out at work and everyone was so kind and took their time to ensure he was comfortable and pain free. Despite him being a complicated case, everyone was so nice and work so efficiently, and just an overall amazing experience considering the circumstances we were in. We will 100% continue our general dental care here and bring our children as well. Thank you After Hours Dentistry!

Please consider seeking treatment elsewhere. To explain my experience, I scheduled an appointment due to experiencing severe pain over a holiday weekend when my primary dental office was closed. I completed the online paper work which included providing my insurance information. I was informed the office charges an “office fee” which includes an exam and X-rays, regardless if you have dental insurance. This was alright with me, under the impression if in the event I had an actual procedure completed (root canal, extraction) then my insurance would be billed.nnI checked in for my appointment, paid the office fee and was seen within a couple minutes. Exam and X-rays were less than 5 minutes, the dentist advised since I already had a treatment plan with my primary office it would be best to follow up with them. (I understood and agreed) Dentist sent me on my way with an antibiotic and Tylenol3.nnUpon leaving I requested receipts. A few weeks later, I check my online claim portal for my dental insurance. Not only did this office collect $79 for the exam and X-rays, but they have also collected $340 from my insurance company, for an exam and X-rays. This office has double billed & double collected. I have attempted to address this with the office, and no one has yet to return my call. I am in the process of filing an appeal with my dental insurance for this to be audited. I am assuming the have been doing this with every patient with insurance and this is not ethical practice.nnIf you must seek treatment here for an emergency and you have dental insurance, my recommendation would be to provide it after you are informed an actual procedure will be completed.

Words can not express how impressed I am!!! I was going to wait till morning to post our review but my husband is a whole new man in just under an hour. I am shocked that we found a dentist after hours. Then to receive the best service imaginable, we are so thankful. Everyone was so friendly, Tasha and Dr. Joe took great care of my husband. It was fast and shockingly affordable too!! I absolutely can’t recommend this dentist office ENOUGH!! 1000 Stars!!

Took my husband for an emergency tooth extraction and they were able to get us in last minute. I, as well as my husband (yes the one who got his tooth pulled), can actually say I had fun at the dentist office thanks to the amazing staff. Well worth the 30 minute drive, for the outstanding service.
