I give this place in Allen a 2 because the people there are all very nice and seem to know what they are doing, i’ve only seem the actual orthodontist once and i’ve been 7 times for visits already. They’re only open 2 times a month and you’re out of luck if you have any problems with your braces. Also they told me they are CLOSING the allen area and i now have to drive an hour to go to the Irving one. That is utterly ridiculous. The people are nice, service is okay, wouldn’t recommend if you live in allen

Only open twice a month at the Allen location, which is closest to me. So if you have an emergency outside of those times you either have to wait or drive 35 miles to another location.

Horrible wait time. I have been waiting for an hour for my sister to have a routine checkup done. Horrible
