Dr Lisi and her staff are amazing. Their attention to detail and excellence in service are felt the minute you begin communication with them. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with coordinating our family’s schedule to allow for the visits and procedures we required. Their knowledge of the workings of the office and the expectation of care from Dr Lisi were seamless. It was clear they are trained to high level and held accountable for any shortcomings. I can not communicate how much our family appreciates working with staff trained to have this knowledge.nDr Lisi and her technicians worked together like a well-oiled machine. I have not often seen medical staff work together in such a practiced and coordinated way to care for us in an efficient manner limiting our wait time to almost nil and our treatment time to beyond efficient. I know this comes from years of working together in a respectful and appreciative manner. Beyond their efficiency, every measure was taken to make our children feel at ease. From silly stories and jokes to informing the children about what to expect during the entirety of the visit, you could see our children becoming more and more comfortable with their time in the office. It was a challenge to get them to want to leave. They definitely built relationships to last with Dr Lisi and her staff.nThere is absolutely no doubt that the quality of care, patient education, building of relationship, and obvious standard of excellence found with Dr Lisi and her staff will keep us coming for care.

Dr. Lisi and the staff at Kids Pediatric Dentistry are incredible! They know how to make our kids comfortable and at ease. Our kids love going to the dentist.

We love Dr. Lisi and all the staff!! I came to Dr. Lisi as a kid for all my dental care. I am now a mom of a 3yr old and I bring her here as well. The staff always make us feel welcomed and they have patience with my little one. 100% recommend this office!!!!

Be careful. This dentist is NOT in network with ANY insurance carrier. Prices are not disclosed in advance as required by TX Administrative Code Rule 108.53. Lisa wants to argue everything even when you have proof to the contrary. Many more concerns...do your homework before using this dentist!
